Faith and Science agree that we are Created to Connect: Connection to God and each other. Optimal healing, health, and vitality occur in healthy connection. Healing for the soul; healing for the emotions; healing for the spirit; healing for relationships; and even healing for the body can take place when we connect with others in Christ.
Join Our Momentum
We launched our first service to the community as “The Healing Connection,” on April 27, 2019. This was a 10 week experiment focusing on healing from the wounds of life; and we met at the Salado Civic Center on Main Street, Salado TX. We found that there was a demand for such services in the community and initiated Home Connection Groups. We then experimented with our next public event on January 5th, entitled, “Coffee With Christ,” at the Historic Stagecoach Inn, Main St. Salado, TX. We moved locations to “The View on The Creek” overlooking the Mill Creek Golf Course and the beautiful Salado Creek. Shortly thereafter, we put all of our services on Skype to accommodate Covid 19 protocols; we however are meeting again in person. We met at The Holiday Inn Express, Salado; and now meet at The Salado Public Library. We purchased land for building on I-35, and “just look what The Lord has Done!”
We are currently classified as a “daughter work” and sponsored by First Church, Harker Heights. Join our momentum as we follow The Lord to become a “mission” and then a vibrant autonomous Church in Salado TX. You are welcome to contribute to our future plans using the giving button below.
